The plan is to build a small 18 x 26 x 10 building that can house six 5BBL fermenters. Starting with the conceit foundation in early spring of 2024 (as soon as the ground defrost here in VT) Then we will start construction of the building. Hope to have it completed by mid-Fall. Inspected and license by late fall early Winter (24) Start production, and have the first available meads hit the market Feb-Apr of 25. It is a quick time frame to get everything done, but I think it can be achieved and possibly even quicker with help from the community of mead drinkers. Thank you for considering a Donation.
